Drawing upon family recipes with connections to Jalisco and Chiapas, alongside dishes learned from friends and developed over time, the collection presents a personal approach to Mexican cuisine in both Spanish and English.

Photographic Anthologies
A continuing collection of photographic anthologies bringing together selected works by Claudia González Burguete from across her photographic catalogue, exhibitions and Archive.
The books trace an evolving photographic journey through architecture, cities, landscapes, culture, everyday observations and significant events across Europe, Asia and Mexico.
From Budapest, Sofia, Italy and Greece to Moscow, Singapore, Copenhagen and the Netherlands, the anthologies explore the individual character of places through photography.
Other volumes move through Vienna, Berlin and medieval York; the landscapes of Wales and Switzerland; the four capitals of the United Kingdom; and Mexico, from archaeological sites and colonial cities to its coastal landscapes.
The collection also records the energy and atmosphere of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and includes more intimate photographic studies exploring the colour and form of flowers photographed in Xochimilco, Mexico City.

A collection documenting Claudia González Burguete's personal experience of London 2012, from attending the Olympic and Paralympic Games to becoming a volunteer performer in both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
Through personal narrative and photography, the books move from auditions and secret rehearsals to London's Olympic summer and the atmosphere inside the Olympic Stadium, recording the Games from the perspective of someone who experienced them both as spectator and participant.
